Team Legacy History

Team Legacy is a small, close knit team. We strive ourselves on teamwork, loyalty and respect. We are competitive, but don't forget to have fun. We are very selective on who joins our team, as we only want the best all around member; this mean skill, maturity and personality go hand in hand. We all play fair at all times, and under no circumstance do we tolerate any form of cheating, glitching, modding and so forth.

History:
Our team started out on the PS2 on Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, a few members were recruited into a team called 'Army'. From there select members branched off and created a new team called "ASR - Army Specialized Regiment". ASR was officially created June 21st, 2006. We dominated Cod2: BRO with an outstanding record of 78-3-1. We moved to COD 3 on PS2 when it came out and then we all moved to the XBOX 360 and had a combined record of 23-3 for both systems.

We continued to move on to COD4 and compete competively, and really made a name for ourselves. There have always been a few select members that have been apart of the team since the beginning and seen people come and go through our ranks. In the beginning of 2009, it was decided amongest the team leaders that a new beginning and change was in order. We revamped our team name to what it is now "Team Legacy". Team Legacy has continued to grow and gain ground on the competitive ladders. Despite a few 'remakes' on the gamebattles ladder - which would put us around 400-100 record. We moved to Modern Warfare 2 where we competed on a regular basis. Our biggest achievement was competing on the NewEgg Wanfest MW2 4v4 tournament. We battled hard and moved our way to the championship finals, and placed in 7th place, out of 132 teams. This was quite an accomplishment for us since we competed along side Team Fear who finished in 1st place.

Our team moved on to Black Ops once it was released and continued to do well there. And as a new game was released Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, we moved onto this game taking a more fun and casual approach to gaming. Currently you can find us on Black Ops 2. We have been working hard to pick up some great new people along the way. We strive ourselves with continuing on with what this team has set itself to be.

Over the years we have moved from the competitive scene to playing casually competitive. What does this mean? We play to win, but we do not really make an effort to play any GB matches. We rather play together, learn together, have fun together, all while winning.

Team Legacy has officially been around for well over 6 years. Teamwork, dedication and loyalty are key points that have always been critical pillars in the success of our team. Life-long friendships have been created, and continue to be created with new members joining us.
